The Masterbuilt® Adventure Series MES 140S Digital Electric Smoker is designed to allow outdoor enthusiasts to cook smoked meat to perfection. This Masterbuilt electric smoker accommodates sizable quantities of beef, fish, and wild game to cook enough food for the whole crew. It’s easy to set the time and temperature using the digital control panel, and there’s also a built-in probe to monitor internal meat temperature. The patented side wood chip loading system lets you add chips without opening the smoker door. Smoke up to 16 chickens, 8 racks of ribs, 16 fish fillets, or 144 jerky strips. 4 full-size chrome-coated smoking racks include 2 traditional racks plus 2 mesh racks for smoking smaller food. 2 jerky accessory racks add additional cooking space. Other features include an air damper for smoke control, water bowl to add moisture and flavor, removable wood chip tray for ashes, and a removable drip pan.
